When Saturday Comes hardly needs an introduction. It is Britain’s leading independent football magazine and states its aim as providing “a voice for intelligent football supporters, offering both a serious and humorous view of the sport”.
This month, I had the pleasure of writing my debut piece for the magazine. It’s a full-page (and a bit) spread detailing the falling attendances in West Midlands football - despite Villa, Wolves, Albion & Blues all being in the top flight together for the first time in over a quarter of a century.
